Until when can I place an order?

All preorders must be placed within the deadline of order (DOO) and paid within the deadline of payment (DOP) in order for us to set the product’s final and total quantity to be ordered.

Deadline of Order (DOO), Deadline of Payment (DOP) and other details are found on the product description of the product page.

Due to some preorder items getting sold out before the end of preorder period, we advise our customers to place your order and settle the payment as soon as possible in order to successfully secure your slot.

All unpaid preorders are cancelled after the deadline of order, and will be charged with cancellation fee of ₱100 per item.

You will receive an email notification stating that your order status has been changed to “Confirmed.”

How soon can I receive the item?

FOR K-POP MERCH:

Once production is done and our supplier has shipped the items to our KR address, the goods are shipped by sea and usually arrive after 6 to 8 weeks. We will do our best to have your orders dispatched as soon as possible.

FOR JPN and USA GOODS:

Items ordered from JPN and US might take a while to arrive since we would fill-up the box first before having it shipped to PH. It might take 3 to 4 months before the goods will arrive here in the PH.

Please take note of the production schedule of the items for JPN and USA goods.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the receipt of order confirmation. If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window, and you still wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of ₱100 will be charged per item.

I received the wrong/missing/incomplete order. What should I do?

Please provide an unboxing video of your item/s in order to be eligible for replacement. The video should start from the unwrapping of the other packaging to the opening of the items itself.

For SEALED ALBUMS, we are not liable for missing/incomplete inclusions, as well as damaged inclusions.

Please take note that the outer case is for the protection of the item/s; scratches and/or discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning.

What kind of proof of payment do you need?

For online bank transactions, Palawan Express Padala, LBC Padala and Cebuana Lhuillier Padala, you just need to upload the receipt/form to your order's comments section.

If your chosen mode of payment is GCash, this is the proof of payment that you have to send:

You can get this proof of payment by filling up the "Send Receipt To" part upon sending the payment via GCash.
